Key points for the preparation of the special construction plan for the safety of demolition works

I. project overview

(I) overview of the demolished old buildings (structures). For example, the plane size, number of floors, floor height, total height, building area, structural form, completion time, service life and integrity of the project of the building (structure)

(II) surrounding environment of demolished old buildings (structures). Such as: location, connection or distance with surrounding buildings (structures), whether there are ancient architectural relics and important municipal facilities that must be protected, etc

(III) the type of underground foundation of the demolished old buildings (structures), and whether there are important municipal pipes, ditches, cables, etc. underground

(IV) contract duration or other requirements for demolition works

II. Construction preparation of demolition works

(I) technical preparation work

(II) site preparation

(III) preparation of mechanical equipment and materials

(IV) labor preparation

(III) safety technical regulations

(I) before the demolition works are started considering the humidity factor, technicians and workers should be organized to learn the safety operation procedures and safety technical disclosure for the demolition works

(II) the design of the demolition project has a dynamic resistance monitoring system, and the construction must be carried out under the unified command and supervision of the person in charge of the project

(III) before the construction of the demolition project, the main lines such as electric wires, gas pipelines, water and sewer pipelines, heating equipment and the branch lines leading to the buildings should be cut off or relocated

(IV) when engaged in demolition work, workers should stand on the specially erected scaffold or other stable structural parts for operation

(V) fences should be set up around the demolition area, warning signs should be hung, and special personnel should be assigned to monitor it. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited to stay

(VI) the demolition of buildings should be carried out from top to bottom, and it is strictly forbidden to demolish several floors at the same time. When one part is demolished, other parts should be prevented from collapsing

(VII) during the demolition process, the distribution lines in the demolished buildings shall not be used for site lighting, and additional distribution lines shall be set

(VIII) the removal of railings, stairs and floors of buildings should match the overall progress and cannot be removed first. The bearing pillars and

beams of the building can be removed only after all the structures and loads it bears are removed

(IX) generally, the demolition of buildings does not adopt the method of pushing down

(x) the correction value cannot be given on the floor platform of the demolished building, and multiple people are allowed to gather and stack materials, so as to avoid the overloading and collapse of the floor structure

(XI) when the demolition works are carried out at a high place, a drainage trough shall be set. When removing large or heavy components, it is necessary to use lifting ropes or lifting machinery to hoist or transport them away in time, and it is forbidden to throw them down. The dismantled components and materials shall be cleaned in time and stacked at the designated position

(XII) when removing asbestos tiles and light structural roof works, it is strictly forbidden for construction personnel to step directly on asbestos tiles and other light boards for work. Mobile board ladders must be used, and the upper end of the board ladder must be hung firmly to prevent falling from high places

IV. safety technology assurance measures

(I) establish and improve the construction safety assurance system, and implement the basic safety measures related to construction

(II) take safety technical measures in combination with the characteristics of the project, which must include emergency measures and emergency plans

v. attach job certificates of operators and other relevant materials
