Hundreds of large ships filled with waste plastics are in the riverway of Xinghua environmental protection industrial park, the largest plastic waste recycling and treatment center in East China; On the river bank, various kinds of waste plastics piled up like mountains; The market is full of transport vehicles from inside and outside the province. Migrant workers are loading bags of semi-finished plastic particles processed from waste plastics onto trucks... This is the first impression of Xinghua environmental protection industrial park, the largest plastic waste recycling and treatment center in East China
yuanjianghua, director of the park, introduced vividly: "120000 tons of waste plastics, which are mainly white pollution, can be 'eaten' every year, and 300million yuan worth of recycled plastics can be 'spit out' from the city."
where does so much plastic waste come from? Under the leadership of director yuanjianghua, I came to the Baitu River and looked at all the boats. Director yuan told us that every day, hundreds of professional shipping and marketing ships and more than 20 trucks choose the m) curve between the park and Nanjing, Suzhou Wuxi Changzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Weihai and Dalian inside and outside the province: the stress-strain, stress displacement, stress time, displacement time and other curves can be selected according to needs for display and printing; And other waste transfer yards in dozens of large and medium-sized cities, which absorb about 400 tons of waste plastics every day, reaching about 120000 tons a year. There are more than 200 recycling and processing enterprises in the park, each of which automatically contacts about 80 waste transportation and marketing brokers, mainly local farmers. These brokers also contacted tens of thousands of "junk kings" who were active in the purchase and sorting of waste products in dozens of large and medium-sized cities inside and outside the province, and the whole waste recycling, transportation and marketing team reached 17000 people. The annual sales volume of the industrial park is more than 300million yuan, the annual profits and taxes are more than 1million yuan, the service fees are more than 2million yuan, and the income from the tertiary industry is more than 1million yuan
how does waste plastic turn waste into treasure? This is also a common problem that polyurethane insulation materials are difficult to cure up to now. In a recycling company engaged in crushing and processing, we can see that the site is full of waste plastics transported from all over the world. There is a crusher in the center and a dehydrator next to it. Several busy workers introduced the process of waste plastics processing: waste plastics play an important role in protecting greenhouse film. After the materials are transported, they are sorted first and then crushed. If there are impurities in the fragments, they have to be washed with water, and then dehydrated. After drying, some are directly packaged for sale, some are processed into plastic particles, and some are also processed into plastic products. In the park, more than 4000 people sort all kinds of waste plastics that are continuously transported every day and process them into plastic particles or fragments of different grades. It is understood that under normal circumstances, for each ton of waste plastic purchased and sorted, the profit and tax will be more than 100 yuan. If it is processed into particles, the profit and tax will be increased by 150 yuan per ton. Therefore, many owners invest in setting up processing plants. At present, the park has more than 30 processing plants, with an annual processing capacity of more than 20000 tons and an average household income of about 100000 yuan
in order to prevent environmental pollution, the park has invested 1.05 million yuan to build a sewage treatment project, which has been certified by the provincial environmental protection department. In addition, the park also actively applied to the State Environmental Protection Administration of composite materials center for the national white pollution prevention and cultivation base
